Refund Policy

This policy will apply once paid plans are offered. It is published now so that the rules are clear before anything is sold.

Full refund window

Your first purchase will qualify for a full refund if you request it within 7 days and have used less than 20% of the credits included in that purchase.

Used credits

Portions of a credit pack that have already been used are not refunded. If you have used 20% or more of a pack, or if more than 7 days have passed, the purchase is not eligible for a full refund.

How to ask

Write to support@tokglance.com from the email address on your account, and include the purchase date. We will confirm whether the purchase is eligible.

Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show the credit.
