Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TokGlance. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the service is
TokGlance is an independent service that displays public information about TikTok accounts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. We only show information that account owners have made public. We do not show private accounts, and we do not give access to messages, passwords, or hidden data.
Acceptable use
You may use TokGlance for lawful, personal, and professional research. You may not use it to harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone, for unwanted monitoring of individuals, or to impersonate another person or account. You may not use information from TokGlance to locate, contact, or pressure someone who has not invited that contact. The region tool shows an account region only and must never be presented as a person's location.
No automated scraping of TokGlance
You may not use bots, scripts, or other automated means to collect data from TokGlance, to bypass daily limits, or to overload the service. Doing so may lead to blocked access.
Accounts and limits
Visitors who are not signed in can run 5 lookups per day, and free accounts can run 15 lookups per day. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. We may change limits, and we may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Paid plans
Paid plans are not on sale yet. If we offer them later, the price, credits, and conditions will be shown before purchase and will be covered by the refund policy at that time. Future subscriptions will state their renewal interval and cancellation method before purchase. Canceling renewal will stop future charges while access continues through the paid term. Credits will represent data requests; cache hits and private or hidden pre-checks will not consume credits. One-time credit packs will not expire. Any future purchase will be subject to /refund/.
Owner removal
Account owners can ask to be removed through the remove my profile page. Requests are processed immediately, and no ID proof is required.
Content and intellectual property
TokGlance does not host video files and shows embeds and links only. Content that belongs to TikTok and its creators stays theirs. TokGlance and its design belong to us, and you may not copy them. To report an infringement, write to dmca@tokglance.com.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. Information is taken from public pages, may be out of date, and may be wrong, so you should verify anything important. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from your use of the service.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
