TikTok User Finder

Find a public TikTok account when you only know part of the name, and confirm the exact handle before you use it.

What is a TikTok user finder?

The user finder helps you locate a public TikTok account when you do not have the exact username. Type a name, part of a handle, or a keyword into the tool above and the page returns matching public accounts with their display names, handles, and avatars. It is built for the moment when a friend says a creator's name but not the handle, or when a handle in a document looks slightly wrong.

Handles matter on TikTok because many accounts look alike. A famous handle such as @khaby.lame or @mrbeast can be copied with one small change, such as an added letter, an underscore, or a swapped character. Fans, brands, and journalists have all tagged the wrong account because the names looked close enough. Searching first, then confirming the handle, is the simplest way to avoid that mistake.

The finder only lists public accounts, and it does not reveal anything about an account that its owner has not made public. Results are a starting point. Pick the account you think you want, then open it in the profile viewer to read the bio, check the verified badge, and compare the exact counts before you rely on it.

How to find an account

  1. Type what you know into the box above. A full username, half a username, a display name, or a keyword will all work. If you remember a few letters, enter them and see which accounts match.
  2. Press the look-up button and read the matches. Each result shows the display name, handle, and avatar. Look for the verified badge and compare the handle letter by letter with the one you were given.
  3. Open the account you want in the profile viewer. Check the bio, link, and counts, and copy the handle straight from the page so that the version you save or share is the exact one.

When the user finder is the right tool

Brand managers use it to confirm which account belongs to an influencer before a contract goes out. Creators use it to find the handle of someone they met at an event, so they can tag them correctly. Customer support teams use it to locate a user who gave only a display name.

Journalists use it to confirm which account a quote or video came from, and to avoid citing an imitation. Fans use it to find a creator's official page after seeing a clip on another site. Anyone suspecting impersonation can search for a name and see how many similar accounts exist.

If a brief contains @mrbeast, compare every character with a trusted public link before saving the result. The period in @khaby.lame is part of the handle and should stay in a citation. A matching display name alone does not identify the account, and an avatar can be copied by an unrelated profile.

FAQ

How do I find someone on TikTok by username?

Start with the exact username, keeping periods and underscores intact, and enter it in the user finder. Confirm the returned handle before opening the public profile. Display-name searches, when available, can return multiple matches, so compare the bio and verified badge rather than assuming the first account belongs to the person intended.

Can I find a TikTok account by phone number or email?

No. TokGlance does not match TikTok accounts to phone numbers, email addresses, or photos. The user finder uses public usernames and available name search only. Contact details can identify people who never chose to link them to an account, so those reverse-search methods are outside the purpose and scope of this service.

Why can't I find an account?

A missing result can mean the handle changed, the spelling is wrong, the account was deleted or restricted, or the owner opted out of TokGlance. The data source can also be temporarily unavailable. Recheck periods and underscores against a recent public profile link, and use the exact handle before trying broader name searches.

Free to use

Searches are free. Visitors who are not signed in have 5 lookups per day, and a free account has 15. All tools share the same allowance.

Paid plans are not on sale today. We may add plans later for people who need more lookups, and this page will tell you if that happens.
